Photo Required is a paid addon that can be applied to any Non-Signature parcel to provide additional parcel visibility to your customers.
How to give your customers a photo on delivery
- Add the photo on delivery option to your ecommerce checkout as shipping option
- Choose 'Photo Required' when generating your shipping label in eShip or set up Shipping Rules based on shipping method
- Your NZ Post label will display ‘Photo Required’
- On delivery, our courier driver will take a photo of the delivered parcel
- You and your customer can then view a secure photo of the delivered parcel on our mobile app or website
Note: Parcels can be sent with Photo required or Signature required - not both
