By default, shipping rates are displayed exclusive of Goods and Services tax (GST) & Variable fuel rate (VFR). You can opt to have shipping rates displayed inclusive of GST & VFR. Go to Settings>Courier>Advanced setting. Check the "Display shipping rates inclusive of GST & VFR" tick box and save.
